If you are transferring a site from another host, you can easily transfer your files to your new account with us via FTP. In addition, FTP is one of the easiest things to learn... so, if you are just starting out... you should be able to learn it fairly fast. Furthermore, our Online Manual has detailed instructions on how to use FTP to transfer your files. FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol, and is the preferred method of webmasters around the world to upload and download files from local computers to our web servers.

You can also purchase a File Hosting Only account which will allow you store files such as documents, pictures etc. Useful for illustrating items on auction sites etc. You will be supplied with a web location, username, pasword etc. and a link to FREE FTP software which will allow you to upload your files. Or you can create a 'Network Place' in Windows and access your account directly through the Windows file explorer.
